Zapier and similar tools automate structured data between apps. They work well when the trigger is a clean event (a new row in a spreadsheet, a form submission). They do not read documents. Workpulsar is built specifically to extract fields from unstructured files (PDFs, scanned forms, email attachments) and turn them into the structured events that a workflow can act on. If your bottleneck starts with a document, that is where Workpulsar starts.
Not for standard document types. Invoices, purchase orders, W-9s, and expense forms work out of the box across common vendor layouts. The Scale plan includes custom extraction field training if your documents use non-standard field names or layouts that the default model does not handle well.
